We are Shann and Tawn Smith, the husband and wife team behind HARE Heating & Refrigeration Experts. Our story began with a shared belief that hard work, honesty, and compassion can build something lasting. We wanted to create not just a business, but a legacy.
When we founded HARE in 2016, our goal was simple. We wanted to build a company that treats people the way we would want our own family to be treated. That means showing up with care, taking pride in our work, and always doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Over the years, that commitment has shaped not only how we serve our customers, but also how we live our lives.
For us, this work is personal. It is about creating environments where people can feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease. Whether it is cooling relief on a summer afternoon or warmth on a chilly evening, we know comfort reaches far beyond temperature. It is the feeling of being at peace in your own space.
Shann brings more than twenty years of HVAC experience and a dedication to craftsmanship that runs deep. Tawn oversees daily operations and ensures every customer experience feels genuine, organized, and cared for from start to finish.
